जिला आपदा प्रबंधन अधिकारी नंदन सिंह रजवार ने अवगत कराया है दिनांक 10 अगस्त 2023 की सायं को फाटा (तरसाली ) के पास सडक के ऊपर से भारी चट्टान व मलवा आने पर सड़क पर एक चलते हुई वाहन के मलबे मे दबने की सूचना पर जिला आपदा प्रबंधन टीम तहसीलदार ऊखीमठ DDRF ,SDRF, पुलिस टीम निरन्तर रेस्क्यू कार्य पर लगी रही । उन्होंने अवगत कराया कि आज दिनांक 11/08/2023 को पुन रेस्क्यू कार्य चालू किया गया JCB के मध्यम से मलवे को हटाया गया मलवे मे एक वाहन uk 07 TB6315 (swift dzire tours) जिसमे 5 ब्यक्ति सवार थे जो कि वाहन के अन्दर ही मलवे मे मृत अवस्था मे पाये गये। मृत ब्यक्तियो में जिगर आर मोदी, देसाई महेश ,मनीष कुमार,मिन्टु कुमार, पारिक दिव्याश शामिल है। जिनकी पहचान उनके पास मिले पहचान पत्र की गई है। पुलिस द्बारा आगे की कार्रवाई की जा रही है।
