*मुख्यमंत्री सुखविंदर सिंह सुक्खू ने जेओए आईटी पेपर लीक मामले के बाद कर्मचारी चयन आयोग हमीरपुर को सस्पेंड करने की कार्रवाई को सही ठहराया है*

और साथ ही कह दिया है कि रुकी हुई भर्ती प्रक्रिया दो महीने में पूरी कर ली जाएगी। उन्होंने साफ कहा कि अगली चयन प्रक्रिया में पूरी तरह से पारदर्शिता बरती जाएगी। चयन आयोग पर एक्शन के एक दिन बाद मंगलवार को मीडिया के सामने आए मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा की भाजपा सरकार के भ्रष्टाचार और घोटालों की जांच अभी सिर्फ शुरू हुई है। बहुत से सनसनीखेज खुलासे और होंगे। वह शिमला के होटल पीटरहॉफ में प्रेस वार्ता को संबोधित कर रहे थे। मुख्यमंत्री ने दावा किया कि हमीरपुर में चल रहे पेपर लीक के धंधे की जड़े गहरी हैं, इसलिए एसआईटी बनाकर पूर्व परीक्षाओं को भी दायरे में लिया गया है। उन्होंने कहा कि आगामी बजट सेशन से पहले ड्रग माफिया और माइनिंग माफिया के खिलाफ भी निर्णायक कार्रवाई होगी। पुलिस भर्ती पेपर लीक मामले में भी कांग्रेस सरकार छानबीन कर रही है और कुछ नए खुलासे इसमें होंगे। उनकी सरकार यह सुनिश्चित करेगी कि सरकारी नौकरियों में पूरी पारदर्शिता हो। सुखविंदर सुखी ने कहा कि 12 दिसंबर को उन्होंने पुलिस के अधिकारियों को इस बारे में निर्देश दिए थे और हमने उसके बाद ही जाल बिछाया। आखिरकार 23 दिसंबर को यह सारा मामला पकड़ में आ गया। पिछले एक साल से यह खेल आयोग में चल रहा था।
भर्तियां करने वाली संस्था पर जब किसी का भरोसा न रहे, तो उसे सस्पेंड करना ही उचित होता है। चल रही भर्ती प्रक्रिया को हमने सिर्फ पोस्टपोन किया है और बहुत जल्द इस बारे में भी फैसला हो जाएगा। भर्तियों में पारदर्शिता सुनिश्चित करने के लिए पूरे इंतजाम किए जाएंगे। पेपर लीक करने वाले कर्मचारियों पर किस एक्ट के तहत कड़ी कार्यवाही की जाए, इस पर भी विचार चल रहा है। जिस महिला को पेपर लीक में पकड़ा गया है, उसका बेटा पिछले साल ही टॉपर था। तब भी पूर्व सरकार में किसी की आंख नहीं खुली। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि पुलिस भर्ती के पेपर लीक में भी पूर्व की भाजपा सरकार ने लीपापोती करने की कोशिश की और दोषियों को बचाने के प्रयास किए। अब ऐसा नहीं होगा। कांग्रेस सरकार पुलिस भर्ती मामले में भी छानबीन कर रही है और सीबीआई को केस देने के बावजूद पुलिस अधिकारियों की जिम्मेदारी तय की जाएगी। इस प्रेस वार्ता में मुख्यमंत्री के साथ वरिष्ठ कांग्रेस विधायक चंद्र कुमार, कर्नल धनीराम शांडिल, हर्षवर्धन चौहान, अनिरुद्ध सिंह आदि मौजूद थे, जबकि मुख्य सचिव आरडी धीमान और कार्मिक विभाग के सचिव प्रबोध सक्सेना भी उनके साथ थे।
बजट सत्र में नशे के खिलाफ लाएंगे सख्त कानून
हिमाचल प्रदेश के मुख्यमंत्री सुखङ्क्षवद्र ङ्क्षसह सुक्खू ने कहा कि हमने नशा माफिया के खिलाफ कड़ी कार्रवाई करने का संकल्प लिया है। उसके लिए हम बजट सत्र में नशे के खिलाफ सख्त कानून लाने जा रहे हैं। हमने प्रक्रिया शुरू कर दी है। युवाओं के भविष्य को बर्बाद नहीं होने देंगे। इस प्रकार के गलत कामों में जो भी लोग संलिप्त पाए जाएंगे, उनके खिलाफ सख्त से सख्त कदम उठाए जाएंगे।
रुकी भर्तियों पर एक महीने में फैसला ले लेगी सरकार
मुख्यमंत्री ने यह भी साफ किया कि कर्मचारी चयन आयोग हमीरपुर का काम सस्पेंड करने के बाद रुकी भर्तियां जल्द ही की जाएंगी। इस बारे में सवाल पूछे जाने पर उन्होंने कहा कि दो महीने के अंदर इन भर्तियों को कंप्लीट करवाने की कोशिश सरकार की होगी। अगले 25-30 दिन में प्रक्रिया तय हो जाएगी कि हमीरपुर कर्मचारी चयन आयोग ही यह काम करेगा या किसी और एजेंसी को यह प्रक्रिया दी जाएगी। जो रिटन एग्जाम अब तक हो चुके हैं, उनमें भी पेपर लीक के असर को पहले परखा जाएगा।
