आज भारतीय जनता पार्टी मंडल पाँवटा साहिब की विशेष बैठक का आयोजन मंडल अध्यक्ष अरविंद गुप्ता की अध्यक्षता में हुआ।बैठक में ऊर्जा मंत्री सुखराम चौधरी विशेष रूप से उपस्थित रहे।
बैठक का मुख्य उद्देश्य 20 अगस्त को भाजपा राष्ट्रीय अध्यक्ष जे॰पी॰ नड्डा व मुख्यमंत्री जयराम ठाकुर के स्वागत को लेकर चर्चा हुई।
सुखराम चौधरी ने बैठक को सम्बोधित करते हुए कहाँ कि आज़ादी के अमृत महोत्सव के तहत राष्ट्रीय अध्यक्ष जे॰पी॰ नड्डा 20 अगस्त को ज़िला सिरमौर के दौरें पर आएँगे,उनके साथ प्रदेश के यशस्वी मुख्यमंत्री जयराम ठाकुर रहेंगे।उनके स्वागत हेतु पाँवटा साहिब नगर परिषद मैदान में विशाल जनसभा आयोजित की जाएगी।जनसभा सुबह 9:30 बजे रखी गई हैं,जिसमें पाँवटा साहिब विधानसभा के सभी आमजन सादर आमंत्रित हैं।जनसभा में 10000 लोगों को लाने का लक्ष्य रखा गया हैं।
लक्ष्य को पूरा करने के लिए कार्यकर्ताओं की जिम्मदारिया निर्धारित कर दी गयीं हैं।जनसभा में लोगों को लाने के लिए हर पंचायत में बसो की व्यवस्था कर दी गई हैं।हर बस के लिए कार्यकर्ता की ज़िम्मेदारी लगा दी गयीं हैं।युवा मोर्चा के कार्यकर्ता बाइको के माध्यम से रैलीं स्थल तक आयेंगे।युवा मोर्चा को 1000 बाइको का लक्ष्य दिया गया हैं।
